SUMMARY:

This study analyzes the factors that influenced the determination of prices per square meter of one and two-bedroom apartments on the Maceió seafront, from 2020 to 2023. The objective is to identify patterns and trends that contributed to the increase in the value of the meter square of real estate in this region. The research considers socioeconomic variables, demand for properties and possible external events that may have impacted the local real estate market. Through a detailed analysis, it is expected to provide relevant insights to understand the mechanisms that drove the appreciation of properties on Maceió's seafront during the period under study.
