ETHICS IN THE USE OF ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT OF DETRAN/AL DOCUMENTS

The search for reliable information and the ethical use of information is fundamental in the globalized world, all users of information need to act ethically and the government needs to consciously give equal access to people in the various Brazilian public bodies in all spheres. To take care of the organization and security of these documents, studies began in relation to Electronic Document Management (GED) and ethics in the use of the most varied digital technologies and products that aim to manage information electronically, closing the complete cycle , from its creation to its archiving, thus, this work has the general objective of understanding the ethical issue of electronic management based on the implementation and aggregation of documents from the State Department of Transit of Alagoas (DETRAN/AL) and to achieve this objective it was outlined - if specific: a) check how electronic Document Management works, using available software; b) identify the methodology applied on the DETRAN/AL website regarding Electronic Document Management; c) identify the technical procedures adopted at DETRAN/AL when using the GED and; d) analyze ethical issues in the use of the GED in DETRAN/AL. The research is characterized as descriptive, exploratory, qualitative, using bibliographic and documentary research, with access to the DETRAN/AL website. The result is expected to be positive regarding ethical issues, since we will be analyzing a public body, where citizens need accurate and reliable information.
