SUMMARY:

This research presents and discusses the inclusive experiences built within the scope of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), from the perspective of critical collaborative research, within the scope of the Pandemic (Covid-19). Thus, we seek to investigate: how can the training experiences developed in the PRP, proposed in the perspective of critical collaboration, contribute to the training of undergraduate students in Pedagogy at a public state university, in an inclusive perspective? To do so, we assume the following objective: to analyze the training experiences planned and developed in the PRP, based on the critical collaborative proposal, in the training of licentiate students in Pedagogy at a public state university, in an inclusive perspective. The discussions are guided by the activities experienced and the initial training of the participants, based on socio-historical psychology and other fundamental references for the theme. The research carried out was of the critical type of collaboration, with 14 (fourteen) participants linked to the Licentiate in Pedagogy course at a state institution in the Northeast. Data collection took place from interviews, reflective sessions (individual and collective), recorded in audio and video, via Meet, in addition to the institutional project, final reports and letters produced by the participants. The empirical corpus was built between December 2021 and April 2022, based on the meaning cores and thematic content analysis. In the meantime, it should be noted that the analyzes are still in progress and, until the present moment, are systematized in 4 (four) articles. The partial results indicate that the participants' conceptions focus on the clinical perspective of the disabled person, while naturalizing and invisibility, amid the exclusion processes experienced by Special Education Target Audience (PAEE) students, within the scope of the Pandemic (Covid -19). Additionally, we apprehend that there was a movement of reflection about the exclusion experienced, as well as the proposition of practices with PAEE students throughout the PRP, but, the practices articulated to the process of teacher and student accountability in the practices proposed in the PRP. In short, the initial analyzes point to the following thesis: the experiences lived in the PRP were important for the contact and development of practices with PAEE students, by most of the research participants. However, the training practices of the PRP and the critical collaborative research were not enough to transform the reality imposed by social distancing and effectively achieve an inclusive practice in the PRP field school space, within the scope of the Pandemic (Covid-19).
