SUMMARY:

This thesis seeks to identify the current state of scientific research on the National Education Plan (2014-2024) sanctioned by Law No. 13,005 of June de 2014. Part of the problematization of how production has been developed scientific research involving the PNE (2014-2024) in the historical, social, academic, economic and political. To answer this problem, a a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), in which the survey in 5 (five) scientific bases of the productions that deal with the PNE (2014-2024) as a public education policy in the context of the State Brazilian, in a historical cut from 2014 to 2020. It was concluded that the researches focused on the PNE (2014-2024) point to the plan as fundamental for consolidation of the national education system in Brazil. The studies start from education scenario, making excerpts from the PNE (2014-2024) to focus epistemic themes about the research object.
