SUMMARY:

The position of special education teacher in schools of the Alagoas state network was implemented from the edict No. 01 SEDUC/AL on July 6, 2021, the competition was approved on February 24, 2022, the approved were inducted and assigned in the period in May 2023. The exercise of functions that until then did not exist in the reality of education in the state network of Alagoas. The implementation of the Multifunctional Resource Rooms and the work of the special education teacher began to be executed before the assignment of these professionals. In this sense, we raise the following research problem: What are the training needs of special education teachers in the state education system of Alagoas? Do special education teachers know and use the dimensions of accessibility in their professional practice? To this end, this research, exploratory, with a qualitative approach, will seek to investigate the formative needs of special education teachers in the state of Alagoas from a complex perspective. General Objective is To understand the formative needs of special education teachers in the state of Alagoas from the perspective of complexity. Specific goals are: To investigate the use the appropriation of the special education teachers of the state of Alagoas as to the dimensions of accessibility; to Identify the main difficulties of the special education teachers of the state of Alagoas as to the realization of the Specialized Educational Attendance. Taking into account the work done by the special education teacher in the Multifunctional Resource Room (SRM) and its role in mediating the access to the curriculum by the target students of the Specialized Educational Service (AEE). The content analysis in the light of Bardin (1977) will seek to identify the understanding of special education teachers about the dimensions of accessibility in their professional practice, as well as the demands related to the training needs of special education teachers in the state of Alagoas from the perspective of complexity, through the application of a questionnaire. Our theoretical referential to address continuing teacher education will be (TARDIF, 2008, 2014, Nóvoa 2019) and, authors who deal with continuing teacher education in the light of complexity epistemology (MORIN, 2016, 2000, MORAES, 2021, ALVES, 2015, 2016|).
