        Since2017, the educational policy of the state of Alagoas has been reformulated through the actions of the Escola 10 Program, a partnership between the State Department of Education (SEDUC), the Municipal Departments of Alagoas, the Natura Institute, Associação Bem Comum, the Leman Foundation and the Ministry of Education (MEC). Together with the MEC, this program is linked to a global education project that is carried out by several institutions, among which GIFE and its network of private institutes and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) stand out, as approved in the Official State Gazette in December 2018 with Law No. 8,048, whose objective is to guarantee minimum parameters of quality and functioning of schools in the State Education Network and improve the Indexes of the Basic Education Assessment System (SAEB) , aiming to establish governance processes and mechanisms, through reforms in educational policies. Given this, the following question arises: How has the Escola 10 Program aligned educational policies to meet UNDP development objectives in education governance? What is the role of Instituto Natura in directing educational policies? How have reforms in public education in Alagoas been guided by the political agendas of the MTE and GIFE? To answer these questions, we will be guided by the following general objective: Analyze the governance of education in Alagoas through public-private partnerships materialized in the Escola 10 Program, seeking to elucidate the alignment of educational policies with the guidelines of the UNDP and the national business community directed by the Movement Todos Pela Educação and GIFE in their actions in public education. The methodological procedures include: literature review and bibliographic survey; document analysis; semi-structured interviews with the subjects directly involved in coordinating the Escola 10 program. In the document analysis, we will carry out the survey and analysis of educational policy documents about the partnership SEDUC/Instituto Natura/Fundação Leman and the documents produced within the scope of the Escola 10 Program. These documents will be analyzed according to the procedures indicated by Evangelista (2008); Evangelista and Shiroma (2018); Shiroma, Campos and Garcia (2005) for the treatment of educational policy documents. Content analysis (BARDIN, 2016) will be the technique used to treat and analyze the content of semi-structured interviews. It is expected that the research will contribute to a critical understanding of the educational policy of Alagoas and to the unveiling of processes and mechanisms of education governance at the state level.
