SUMMARY:

We ask: Can Integrative and Inclusive Learning Practices in the Multifunctional Resource Room
promote the learning and inclusion of Specialized Educational Assistance students in
Elementary School I? The main objective was to investigate Integrative and Inclusive Learning
practices (from an eco-formative perspective) and their implications in the Multifunctional
Resource Room for including Specialized Educational Assistance students in elementary school,
in an institution in the municipality of Maceió - AL. This is a qualitative exploratory study
whose main methodological approach is action research. The tools used to collect data will be
semi-structured interviews with the participants (regular education teachers and school
support professionals (PAEs)), participant observation and a logbook of the activities carried
out daily at the SRM for 3 months. The relevance of this study lies in the possibility of building
new knowledge and investigating new welcoming and inclusive learning strategies aimed at
promoting the learning and inclusion of Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA) students, as
well as making it possible to disseminate innovative pedagogical proposals in the
Multifunctional Resource Room (SRM). Alves (2015, 2016, 2022), Edgar Morin (2011, 2015)
and Cândida Moraes, among others, will be used as theoretical references.
