SUMMARY:

The present study aims to analyze the methodology used in choosing the operational sequence of the structure of offshore oil wells, as well as the management of its schedule. Technical data from previous uses will be used in the analyses, including planned and executed sequences, as well as their schedules. The techniques of planning and management of works will also be used, with a literature review on the subject being carried out, to identify those that best suit the scenario under study. The analysis aimed at optimizing processes, identifying problems, and proposing improvements, considering that in the planning of offshore operations, the room for error is minimal. Thus, it is expected to demonstrate the need for evaluation and review of work processes in the structure of a well, as well as the order of execution of operations.
