HEALTH PROMOTION WITH TEAM WORKERS IN THE STREET OFFICE: a convergent care research

This study has as its object health promotion interventions with workers from Consultório na Rua teams, whose objectives are: Recognize actions to promote workers' health that the Consultório na Rua teams develop according to the workers' perception; Identify possible changes in the interventions to promote the health of the worker and the worker of the Consultório na Rua teams during the COVID-19 pandemic; Recognize actions to promote workers' health that can be developed from the perspective of the team; and Develop viable worker health promotion actions together with the team. The methodology was developed from the Convergent Care Research (PCA), which is subdivided into the phases of conception, instrumentation, scrutiny, analysis (apprehension, synthesis, theorization and transfer). For the qualification phase, two categories of analysis are presented: Concept of health promotion for workers of the Street Clinic teams and Health promotion interventions: recognition of what is done and the unveiling of what can be implemented.
