SUMMARY:

The legal discourse of Brazilian society is structuring and mainly produced effects of training methods and methods from gender violence, capitalism against women, social sexual division of labor. Therefore, it is a qualitative research, anchored in the theoretical-methodological perspective with the theoretical framework of Pêcheuxtian Discourse Analysis (AD) of materialist-historical basis in the texts of Pêcheux (2014) and Landi (1999[2020]) to to substantiate and base the research, thus analyzing the meanings that are anchored in the discourses from the conditions of production. In addition, in dialogues with gender studies with Biroli (2018), Saffioti (2015), Magalhães (2005) and in class studies in the method of historical materialism with Marx (2014), Lukács (2013), Magalhães (2011a), discussing and analyzing, in general, work relations, gender roles/places, classes, violence and ideology.
