SUMMARY:

The research that this paper deals with was carried out with a group of health professionals who are members of the team of Server´s Health Care Integrated Subsystem (SIASS) from a federal education institution in the state of Alagoas. This aimed to carry out a purposeful analysis, from the speeches produced by SIASS professionals about interprofessional practice in your work team, so that we can understand if this team performs interprofessional actions and how they are developed. Therefore, a study with a qualitative approach was carried out, based on the theoretical-methodological perspective of discursive practices and production of meaning and social constructionism. Respecting the dialogic construction of knowledge and given the current pandemic scenario, two virtual conversation circles were held, through a videoconferencing platform. The information produced, after being fully transcribed, enabled the production of dialogic maps, through which it was possible to observe how, when and what professionals said about interprofessional practice, allowing to visualize four thematic categories that emerged from the dialogic interaction provided by the Conversation Circle: Characteristics of interprofessionality; Interprofessional practices; Shuttles of interprofessionality; and Challenges to interprofessionality. In the results and discussions, the speeches of professionals regarding the main characteristics of interprofessionality were highlighted, being understood as a real integration between two or more professionals, a cohesive and collaborative action between the different professions, respecting the singularities and differences between the professional practices and knowledge involved, in order to strengthen health work; it was also pointed out which practices were carried out by the team that could fit into this concept of interprofessionality, as well as the challenges faced by professionals in implementing this practice.
