SUMMARY:

               Preceptorship is in-service teaching, which trains professionals in practice scenarios, the preceptor has the role of teaching and exchanging knowledge through their daily practice. .

This Course Completion Academic Work - TACC of the Professional Master's Degree in Health Teaching at the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Alagoas, consists of two parts: the first, is composed of a scientific article and the second, of a technical educational product. . The TACC: Technical and Behavioral Competences of the Nurse Preceptor in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, of a Public Hospital in Alagoas, has as main objective to analyze the performance of the technical and behavioral competences of Nurse Preceptors in a Public Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and of Teaching.

               This is an exploratory study with a quantitative and qualitative approach and of a descriptive nature. The analytical study was carried out with data collected from a sample of 30 preceptors assigned to the Neonatal ICU of Maternity Santa Mônica. A validated and adapted data collection instrument was used with 35 statements with responses on a five-point Likert scale, in addition to three open questions (Girotto.2016). A scientific article was produced, entitled: Technical and Behavioral Competences of the Preceptor Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a Public Hospital in Alagoas and as an educational product: didactic and reflective material an animated video with the theme: Preceptory at Neo I will speak , the video is available on the YouTube Video Sharing Platform. The link for access is: https://youtu.be/9LhtWEREe2c.I come through this work to contribute to teaching in practice, to reflect on preceptorship, analyzing the performance of technical and behavioral skills of preceptor nurses at the Neonatal Unit in which I'm an integral part.
