TEACHING PRACTICE IN THE TEACHING OF SOCIOLOGY IN MACEIÓ
Teacher training. School sociology. Teaching practice.
The object of this dissertation is the practice of sociology teaching in high school in Maceió-AL. It seeks to analyze these practices in the face of teacher education. More specifically, it aims to identify and confront the formative profile of sociology teachers with their pedagogical practices, in order to observe differences and similarities of performance between licensed and unlicensed professionals in Social Sciences/Sociology. For this, it is intended to observe the possible differences between the contents taught by licensed and
unlicensed professors in Social Sciences/Sociology, as well as the possible differences in uses of teaching materials and the methodological principles adopted. From this perspective, it is proposed to conduct qualitative research, using in the first stage the documentary and bibliographic research, and in the second stage the semi-structured observation and interview. The text presented here for the qualification deals with the literature review of our object of study, constituting the theoretical and methodological part of the research. In the second part, to be developed later, observations of school sociology classes and semi-structured interviews will be held, which will focus on the academic and professional trajectory of teachers, which will allow us to understand how their contacts with the discipline of Sociology took place.
