THE POTENTIALITIES OF WEBQUEST METHODOLOGY THROUGH A CRITICAL MATHEMATICS APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL CULTURE
Webquest; Critical Mathematics; Digital Culture
This work aims to investigate the possible contributions of the exploration of a Webquest from the approach of Critical Mathematics in the context of digital culture. The work was developed in three moments in the bibliographic analysis, in the construction of a Webquest and in the development of an intervention project. The proposed research was of an exploratory qualitative nature, through a case study that is based on the assumptions that knowledge is not something finished and ready, but rather, a construction that is constantly being made and redone. Thus, we sought to present a proposal of Webquest methodology to be developed by educators, aiming at the learning processes by students and students. In addition to that, build dialogues that involve the concepts of critical teaching, specifically that of Critical Mathematics in the teaching of spatial geometry that seeks through digital culture an understanding of the world. From a perspective, that students and students can build a critical world reading from the events that take place in their social, cultural, historical and political contexts.
