Resumo em inglês: Acrylamides are organic substances with high biological activity and low toxicity in humans. Some acrylamides are active against Dengue (DENV) and Zika (ZIKV) viruses. Chikungunya (CHIKV) is a very neglected disease with lack of vaccination and treatments. In recent decades, an increasing number of suspected cases of CHIKV infection has been noted, in addition to this, the study and characterization of active calls are of great importance for treated alternatives that are still unknown or little explored. Thus, the investigation of the surface of solids allows knowing the chemical structureas
well as evaluating the behavior of these compounds against CHIKV. ThE objective of this work was to determine the thermal stability and degradation of the microstructure of antiviral acrylamides LQM330, 333, 336 and 338. The characterization of the emissions was carried out by Thermogravimetry (TG), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Spectrophotometry in the Ultraviolet and Visible Region (UV-vis) and in the infrared region with Fourier transform (IV), Gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GCEM), High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results obtained showed that flags LQM330, 333, 336 and 338 showed purity by GC/MS and HPLC from 92.50 to 99.55 and from 99.81 to 98.88%. Furthermore, that the trays are stable at different heating rates (5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ºC/min) per TG. The thermal radiation profile is very similar to each other, with the presence of an endothermic event, with the exception of the sample LQM330 that presented exothermic events by DSC, this technique also provided data on the purity of
emissions in the range of 93.45 to 100%. The UV-vis spectra showed that the maximum absorption peak was around 220 to 335 nm. The IR spectra tolerate the presence of C=O stretching and N-H stretching. The samples showed heterogeneous, brittle and agglomerated morphology in general, with the exception of the samples at T600 °C, which exhibit shapes of whole and homogeneous cubes, results verified by SEM.
