SUBÁREA: Anatomia
SPECIALTY: Anatomia Humana
SUMMARY:

Analyzing the current school context, the need for alternative methods that consider the students' prior knowledge is remarkable, providing ways for them to be able to relate popular knowledge to scientific knowledge, thus building meaningful learning. Teaching by investigation is a method that enables students to actively and systemic construction in the learning process, from the perspective of scientific literacy, the student is encouraged to formulate a hypothesis, systematize concepts and obtain solutions. Using this method, this work aims to produce didactic models about the human nervous system within an investigative proposal, for that we divided the methodology into stages: 1) clarification of the proposal; 2) division of students into groups; 3) presentation of the problem situation, using short films; 4) Formulation of questions and hypotheses; 5) Research to verify the formulated hypotheses; 6) Parallel to research, production of didactic models. The following themes were selected for this project: Neuron, glial cells, brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system. Before starting the activities, a prior perception questionnaire will be applied, at the end of the activities, a post-test and a test.
