SUMMARY:

The term sexuality is often talked about among young people, little is discussed about it, consciously, in the classroom, perhaps because it is a taboo or because of the lack of information on this topic. In the social context, we find among young people of school age many who are already mothers and maintain an unprotected sex life. Additionally, the fact that there are some vertically transmitted (pre, perinatal and postnatal), with sequels to the mother and the newborn, emphasizes the importance of discussing the theme in the classroom. This project will have as main objective the development and implementation of a didactic sequence of investigative teaching correlating the themes early pregnancy, STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and vertically transmitted infections, such as AIDS, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and HPV infections, aiming at health education for high school students in the city of Viçosa - AL. The applied methodology will be a didactic sequence developed from a Problem-Based Activity (PBA), with the following sequence: i) Discuss current epidemiological data from Brazil about teenage pregnancy, STI during pregnancy and vertically transmitted infections, and their consequences; ii) Discuss the main guidelines and preventive and therapeutic measures for STIs of compulsory notification in the pre, perinatal and postnatal periods; iii) Synthesize the problematizations discussed in groups, in products to be generated and disseminated by the students (texts, Podcast, Cards, videos. ...); iv) Build an ebook with didactic sequences about the main themes studied, compiling the activities and products developed by the students, using active methodology and digital applications. It is necessary to work differentiated didactic proposals aligned to technologies with a playful and effective approach, bringing the content in order to cause greater interest and impact on students.
