MOBILE PHYSICS LABORATORY 3, USING LOW COST MATERIALS AS A RESOURCE - A PROPOSAL THINKING ABOUT
PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND ITS IMPROVEMENT: A DIDACTIC SEQUENCE FOR ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL
Physics, Experimental, Sequence, Electrostatics and Scrap.
In this work, we developed an educational product with the objective of contributing to the
improvement of Physics Teaching in public schools, bringing the student closer to science and
experimental practice. The product consists of a sequence of practical activities, which can be
used in the understanding of electrostatics, produced from low-cost materials or even scrap.
Initially, we suggest a support material for the public school teacher, an organizing box with
these materials, accompanied by an instruction manual for setting up the experiences and
auxiliary reflection activity, which can be used by him in the classroom. With the pandemic,
the mobile laboratory, that is, the organizing box, could not go to the classroom, but it did not
prevent the execution of activities. Adapted for remote teaching, it helped the students even
more, that is, the process of inducing the students to observation and discovery was very
significant for them. As we predicted in the pre-test, we realized that the product and its
application added up to the students' schooling assessed in the post-test.
