Teaching Physics, Pythagoras, Free Verses, Meaningful Learning.
The present work has two objectives. The first is to show the philosophical tradition of the Pythagorean school, both its origin and its influence on science, with a focus on the physical sciences. The second is the production of an educational product, with poetic texts in free style, where the contribution of Pythagorean thought to modern science will be shown poetically. The educational product created through the theoretical terms discussed in this dissertation, was a booklet with 15 poems, the booklet has the followed title: ''Brief poems: The Influence of the Pythagorean School in the Physical Sciences'' theories investigated here, proved to be effective during its application due to two factors: (1) the epistemological matrix of the Pythagorean school dates back to Classical Antiquity, but even so it is present in today's science; (2) due to the poetic structure which is potentially significant, as the writer has the freedom to write freely.
