The triple helix model consists of university-industry-government interactions forming a "triple helix" of innovation and entrepreneurship. It is considered that a business model can represent an aid as to the negotiation of the asset. The objective of this study is to elaborate a business model proposal for technology transfer applied to sports with a view to negotiating with the market. The main contribution of this work is to enhance the negotiation of technology transferable assets of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports. The methodology used was exploratory, by means of bibliographical survey and field research, and descriptive, qualitative. A scenario study was carried out to substantiate a business model to facilitate the negotiation with the market. As a result a business model was presented that compiled data related to technology transfer, triple helix, and market. It can be concluded that the proposed model performed a re-reading of the technical information of asset guides in added value to the generated product.
