SUMMARY:

Law No. 10,973 defines that Scientific and Technological Institutions (ICTs) must have their own Technological Innovation Center (NIT) or in association with other ICTs to manage their innovation policy. Among the attributions given to the Technological Innovation centers is the management of the intellectual properties of their respective institution, making them one of the main operational instruments in the promotion of innovation and technology transfer. Despite its relevance, there are still few tools on the market that help in your daily activities. This work comes up with a proposal for the development of the GNIT Web system, a software that appears in order to assist in the governance of the NITs. Implemented in: HTML, CSS, Javascript and using the JQuery and Bootstrap libraries on the front and backend, aims to automate and optimize routine activities performed by NITs.
