SUMMARY:

The present study deals with the topic of teleworking and explores its contours of approximation and access to
opportunities, as well as its contours of dehumanization of relationships. Telework is the result of technological
advances in the globalized world due to the expansion of information and communication technologies and the use of the internet, through constantly evolving technologies. An immense range of technologies is made available to the employer, capable of allowing or assisting work outside the company's premises. Part of society, however, does not have access to these mechanisms and, in an attempt to facilitate this approximation, the present study explores patents aimed at teleworking, identifying technological advances and market trends in the national and international scenario and making available patents that supposedly can be assigned or reused by society, through technological mapping using the ORBIT software from the company Questel. The work also addresses the issue related to workers who have access to these technological tools and are suffering from the unworthy imposition of work on human beings, due to the exacerbated charge for productivity and overtime to meet exorbitant goals, without the respective payment of overtime. and to the detriment of the right to disconnect, in disregard of the fundamental premise of human dignity, as well as the rights to health, leisure and rest, carved in our Magna Carta, avoiding existential damage and guaranteeing the right of disconnection to the teleworker. Thus, the country's regulation on teleworking is analyzed, suggesting changes.
