SUMMARY:

The So-called Information Society has promoted great technological advances for companies and also for other legal entities, products and services introducing innovative business models and providing the emergence of new niches in the Market. Consequently, the Knowledge and transmission of the same, also presents the pressing need of updating and, specifically the great área of the Law, marked by tradicionalismo and bureaucracy, is faced with the complex questions involving intelectual property and technology transference, in addition to the emergence of new relationships linked to technological innovation in this branch of knowledge. It is intented, through this dissertation to produce knowledge directed to the professional of Law, from the studente of Lawyer, through the creation of na elective/optional discipline and didactic material for the faculties of Law and/or Postgraduate courses, with the scope to introduce the concepts related to intelectual property, technology transfer contracts and the new niches of legal knowledge arising from digital transformation, as well as to provide guidelines on how to administer it. Finally, with the course, it is proposed to develop in the student the ability to devise na innovative legal business model, as a product of the studies developed, with professional goals.
