SUMMARY:

The advent of digital transformation and the need for actors in an innovation ecosystem to connect in a coordinated way, the use of digital tools based on platforms has emerged as an alternative to promote interrelationships, collaboration and technological marketing. However, there is a scarcity of practical and methodological information in the literature for building this type of tool. construction of this type of tool. This study presented an exploratory analysis of digital platforms of innovative ecosystems where it was verified, from an evaluation methodology that united the concepts of Software Ecosystems (ECOS) and Multifaceted Platforms (MSPs), that the existing platforms in the digital environment had gaps regarding its practical result to the development of ecosystems based on the analysis of 12 technical factors. From this, gaps were listed to support the creation of a platform model with 33 requirements that included features to encourage the identification of actors, roles, innovative projects, industrial property and technology transfer, in order to encourage discussions and interactions. The study also proposed the creation and implementation of a digital platform model in the form of a minimum viable product (MVP) prototype and the mapping of the first innovative cluster identified in the platform of actors in Alagoas, that of information and communication technology companies (ICTs). In the end, the risks and difficulties identified during the development of the MVP were presented, concluding especially that the establishment of a governance relationship between actors to conduct the project is essential, as well as paying attention to the high time for development of software, so that to be successful on a platform of this nature, it is necessary to establish relationships at a coordinated business level between actors, so that the platform remains self-managing.
