Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to survive, most small creative businesses had to reinvent themselves. During this
period there was a rapid transition from physical to digital. These abrupt changes brought benefits such as access to
new markets, greater dissemination, and recognition for various artists, however, also came issues such as insecurity as protection, management, and safe marketing of their intellectual creations in the digital environment. Thus, the present work aimed to study the Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), to identify if this technological tool could be applied in the solution of the problems experienced by the artists of the Creative Economy Ecosystem.
