WELCOME IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN A MUNICIPALITY OF SERGIPE
Reception. Primary Health Care. Access to Health Services
Difficulties in accessing Primary Health Care are identified as a major obstacle to its consolidation as the organizer of the Health Care Network in the Unified Health System. When performed in a continuous and structured way, the user is guided to care according to his/her own need, starting from a perspective where everyone must be met. This research aims to deepen the understanding of the welcoming process in the organization of work practice in a basic health unit in the city of Neópolis, Sergipe. It will be carried out with 14 health professionals and 10 users of a basic health unit in the urban area of the city of Neópolis, Sergipe, in 2021. Data will be collected from professionals and users through a semi-open interview script applied to individual mode. Data analysis will be done manually in four phases. The first phase will consist of organizing the data, analyzing the answers and seeking the ideas that emerge from them. A pre-analysis of the data will be carried out through an in-depth reading aiming at creating categories, as they will not be previously elaborated. The second phase will seek to make sense, where there will be preparation of a spreadsheet with explicit ideas (provisional categories) and implicit ideas (focus). The third phase will comprise the search for an answer to the research question, through the identification of registration units, relating the speech to the focus or theme. The fourth phase will involve two worksheets, where the first will be the interpretation of the focuses and their registration units and the second will cover the elaboration of the categories and their respective subcategories. The result you want to achieve is to know the understanding of the reception in the Basic Health Unit involving its inclusive and resolute character at the end of the research.
