The development of digital technologies has reflected changes in the modern science model that we know. It is possible to observe the appearance of new formal and informal communication channels, as well as the insertion of new stages in the process of production and communication of science. Developing studies in a collaborative way has gained new dimensions of reducing space and time between communications between scientists, as well as studying the behavior of actors in these networks of scientific collaboration can corroborate in measuring not only the amount of scientific production of them, but contributing to centrality, density, leaders and nodal points of the scientific field. This study aims, therefore, to map the network of scientific collaboration of the permanent professors of the Postgraduate Programs in the area of Information Science in the Northeast region. Through a descriptive study with a mixed focus, a scientometric study was carried out using the LucyLattes script to extract data from the scientific production of the Lattes Curriculum of 110 permanent documents during the period of 2010-2019. The analysis of the data collected from the scientific production in the data collection was made from its structuring using Social Network Analysis techniques (ARS) and presented by means of graphs and tables by institution and in general, as well as the graphs of the social networks. scientific collaboration. It is concluded that during the analyzed period, 256 books, 894 book chapters and 1952 articles were published and 4476 orientations were carried out between Scientific Initiation, Course Conclusion Papers, Monographs, Dissertations, Theses and others. With regard to the scientific collaboration network, the 110 main nodes collaborated with another 1471 authors and established 3757 indifferent ones of mixed nature, that is, inter and intra- institutional.
