SUMMARY:

The cooperation between different economic agents and the university-business-government interaction have a fundamental role to play in the creation of sources of knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship through the constitution of the triple helix. The state of Alagoas is not yet considered one of the main innovation hubs in Brazil, although the impact of the work of the State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti) and Brazilian Information Technology Companies of Alagoas (Assespro) on development is known. the Polo de Tecnologia and technological parks to promote innovation in the State. This research aims to analyze the relationships existing in the spheres that constitute the triple helix in the state through the scientific and technological parks consolidated in Alagoas. The method used was a case study in the state of Alagoas and research strategy, asymmetric observation, and document analysis as sources of evidence. The main results reveal the interest of emerging digital companies in the search for greater economic returns and social impact. This research, still in a preliminary phase, allowed us to identify the scope of the role played by the university, government and business and the activities they develop in the constitution of science and technology parks.
