Electronic Document Management is essential for the planning and implementation of information services, providing indispensable technological tools in promoting communication, productivity and quality in document management, preserving information within the organizational scope, as well as quick access, facilitating decision-making. The National SEBRAE System's mission is to promote the competitiveness and sustainable development of entrepreneurship and micro and small companies in the country, as a transforming instrument of innovation, establishing a favorable environment for sustainable growth through solutions to their various needs. The research aims to study the process of electronic document management within the scope of the National Sebrae System. For the methodological course it was determined that the research in terms of nature is quantitative and qualitative, as for the objectives, the research is exploratory and descriptive. The research universe will be composed of all the units that make up the National SEBRAE System and that have an Archive. The sample will be composed of employees who work directly in the archives. The research collection instrument will be an online questionnaire. It is hoped that the results to be collected can present an overview of the Electronic Document Management process throughout the National SEBRAE System.
