SUMMARY:

The information regime is composed of a set of elements that condition the various informational processes in different social spaces, among which the communication systems. In this context, it is considered the segment “AL TV nas Comunidades”, shown in the journalistic programming of TV Gazeta de Alagoas, an affiliate of Rede Globo, which aims to enable the communities of Maceió, Alagoas, to expose their problems so that the public authorities solve them. However, it is opportune to consider that the scope of this community intention is conditioned by a series of social, political and economic factors, among others. In this sense, this research has the general objective of analyzing the regime of journalistic information present in the segment “AL TV nas Comunidades”, on TV Gazeta de Alagoas. In the operationalization of this objective, it will specifically seek to map the composition of the information regime of the framework “AL TV in the Communities”; characterize the performance of the actors involved in the production of the painting; raise the devices used in the journalistic production of the framework; verify the correlation between the devices and the artifacts in the plan of information actions; and to verify the information actions developed in the production process of the reports of the “AL TV nas Comunidades” segment. Considering these objectives, it will be an exploratory-descriptive research, centered on the identification and characterization of the elements of the regime of journalistic information. The research approach will be both qualitative and quantitative, operationalized through field research with the universe of journalists and residents of communities participating in the aforementioned journalistic framework. The research sample will be defined in a representative way, aiming to obtain comprehensive results on the regime of journalistic information in the production of the television frame. Data collection will be carried out by applying a questionnaire and conducting interviews, respectively, with journalists and the participating community. The systematization of the data will be based on the evaluation, classification and ordering of the scientific findings that will contribute to establish inferences that show the regime of information in the production of news. The data will be analyzed and discussed based on the analytical categories that show the strengths and weaknesses of the framework “AL TV nas Comunidades”, in light of the theoretical frameworks adopted. Both the construction of the theoretical framework and the analyzes and discussion of the results will be based on the Immanent Study Method, an intellectual activity stimulated by writing, ensuring the understanding of contents and the assimilation of languages throughout the object of study. By using this approach, it hopes to reach enough elements to understand the dynamics of information in the framework “AL TV nas Comunidades”.
