SUMMARY:

The object of the dissertation is the training of teachers in physical education and rural education in the state of Alagoas and the links and relationships with the school. It is included in the PPGEFOP of UFAL ARAPIRACA. The problem concerns teacher training and the needs of the school. The research problem is the following: Considering the concrete reality of the public school, Avelina do Carmo, in relation to the Political Pedagogical Project and the school curriculum, what are the needs in teacher training to face the concrete problems of the school? The research questions are as follows: (1) About training of physical education and rural education teachers in the state of Alagoas; (2) About the PPP and Avelina do Carmo School Curriculum; (3) training needs given the situation in public schools. Main goal. Present a synthesis regarding the needs in the training of physical education teachers and Rural Education teachers with theoretical propositions to reconceptualize the training curriculum in accordance with the vital needs of the concrete public school. Specific objectives; (1) Survey of training courses for physical education and rural education teachers. (2) Survey of the concrete situation of the Avelino do Carmo school; (3) Proposals for training considering the concrete reality of the school. The theoretical methodological path will take into account the contributions of Historical-Critical Pedagogy. The data sources will be: (1) E-mec; (2) The school and its documents: (3) data collected, systematized and subjected to criticism. The research instruments will be analysis of documents, content, dense descriptions and systematization in tables, tables, graphs. The analysis procedures will be based on the historical and dialectical materialist theory of knowledge that requires consideration of historical determinations beyond appearance.
