Since the beginning of the pandemic, the preferred gateway to the health system has increased its demand to provide care to patients with COVID-19 and to pay attention to other diseases, whether acute or chronic. Among the health problems, neglected diseases that infect more than a billion people in the world stand out. As a result, several epidemiological studies emerged in order to measure the impact of the pandemic on different types of illness. To analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the notification of neglected diseases by Primary Health Care in the state of Alagoas, Brazil. This is an ecological study, which will analyze all cases of eligible diseases for the study between January 2015 and December 2020, will be developed in Alagoas and will adopt the 10 health regions of the state as units of analysis, with an estimated population of 3.3 million people. Eligible diseases: dengue, Chikungunya, Zika, leprosy, Chagas disease, schistosomiasis, tegumentary leishmaniasis and visceral leishmaniasis. The data will be obtained from the Compulsory Notification of Aggravations System of the state of Alagoas. The analysis will be performed using inflection point regression, local empirical Bayesian modeling and bivariate Moran correlation.
