TRAINING PATH IN HUMANIZATION OF HEALTH AND NURSING PRACTICES IN A NEONATAL UNIT

The National Humanization Policy (PNH) aims to prepare health workers, managers
and users, for health care and management practices in a differentiated way,
principles of the Unified Health System (SUS). In this context, the training path is relevant
for humanized assistance, where nurses have the possibility to create and recreate
new ways of caring. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the process
training in humanization of health and the performance of nurses from the neonatal unit of
Public Teaching Hospital in Northeast Brazil. It is a qualitative research,
exploratory based on the theoretical-methodological analysis of the Discursive Practices and
Production of Senses in the daily life of SPINK, aligned with Social Constructionism. For this
individual interviews were carried out with eight nursing assistants from the Unit
Neonatal service. From the discursive practices, four categories were created
analysis: Humanization meanings in health, Humanized health practices, Pathway
training in humanization in health and Suggestions for training in humanization. The
results and conclusions are in progress.
