SUMMARY:

This thesis aims to analyze the forms of violence present in the relationship between capital and work in telemarketing centers. Considering that from the capital crisis of 1970, intense transformations took place in the capital system in the relations of production and work, accompanied by profound changes caused by technological advances, such as the incorporation of information technologies and (ICTs), in addition to the expansion of the service sector, highlighted here called telemarketing company, which in recent years has shown significant expansion, under the logic of outsourcing. Assuming that the violence expressed in the work of telemarketing centers is an updated form of violence inherent to the structural basis of the capitalist mode of production, the study and investigation process was based on bibliographic and documentary research in official databases. , through a theoretical-methodological analysis based on the historical-critical perspective, which sought answers to the research problem: What forms of violence exist in the relationship between capital and work in Telemarketing Centers and their relationship with the structural basis of the mode of production capitalist? Thus, the research carried out brings an analysis of work as a central ontological category and an approach to violence from the foundations of capitalist society. In the contemporary scenario, we point out the forms of violence in the context of the structural crisis of capital, the changes in the sphere of work and the expansion of the service sector, where our research object is inserted: the telemarketing centers. As far as telemarketing centers are concerned, we will seek to investigate how they are configured and the forms of violence expressed in the intensification of the exploitation of the workforce.
