ACTION, CREATION AND ALIENATION: THE CONSTRUCTION OF A METHODOLOGY OF ANALYSIS OF IMAGETIC NUCLEUS OF SIGNIFICANCE.

The relations between action, creation and alienation, at the interface with the modes of production, are investigated here in their procedurality, based on their objectification in the artistic field. To this end, we chose the film Tempos Modernos, by Chaplin, as a field of nvestigation, mediated by the assumptions of Historical and
Dialectical Materialism, as well as by the methodology of Analysis of Nuclei of Meaning. Thus, we seek to build,
based on these references, a methodology for the analysis of meaningful mage nuclei, which offer coordinated
methodological image studies in line with the framework of Socio-‐historical-‐cultural Psychology. Partial considerations, basedon the thirty-‐seven pre-‐indicators achieved (37 scenes), demonstrate the potential of the
chosen film work and the methodological path established so far in the analysis of psychosocial aspects, in its concrete dimension, materialized in artistic / cultural manifestations.
