In the educational scenario, high ability (HA) is one of the classifications little discussed by researchers of school inclusion. The presence of these students in the classroom demands that teachers seek information in order to meet the specific educational needs presented by this audience. We defend the focus on the mediating role of evaluation processes in order to ensure the relationship between learning and human development. Controversies in the literature related to classification concepts and conducts in the educational field stimulated a change in the traditional focus of evaluation practices. Instead of investing in the prediction of results, from the measurement and definition of indices for knowledge acquired by students, we observe the growing interest in the analysis of the process that includes teaching, learning and human development. The comprehensive analysis of this process is therefore aligned with approaches that point to the social and historical nature of learning. We propose here an intervention research integrated with a documentary analysis, from official texts produced and published by the MEC that regulates basic education in the Brazil. The main focus of the research will be the evaluation processes and their role for the inclusion of people with HA. Considering also the effects of the PANDEMIA of COVID-19 and the availability of teachers and managers, we chose to conduct the phase of intervention remotely, through the google meet platform. The main objective of research will investigate evaluation processes aimed at students with HA. THE intervention will consist of five workshops for teachers and managers of a school in the public public meeting in Maceió, to be held once a week. In the workshops will be different activities are promoted, with the broad purpose of involving participants in situations that can produce narratives about their evaluation practices aimed at students with HA. All workshops will be video recorded (Google Meet).
