SUMMARY:

With the creation of the Unique Health System (SUS) in 1990, a space favorable to the construction of many polities and health programs was created, in which, little by little, were construction the Public System. These are derived of a scenery of social struggles and discussions that resulted in innovations and achievements in the way of thinking, producing, and caring of health issues. In which, the National Humanization Politics (PNH) and the National Policy on Permanent Education in Health (PNEPS) stand out amongst the others. Thus, the PNEPS organizes the work processes and the PNH brings in its guidelines the how-to, changing the centralized models of managing, which previously hampered the relations, and promotes a new culture in healthcare. The PNH presents as an operation guideline essential to SUS, in which the reception aims not only the universal accessibility, but also the qualification of relations, whereupon the hearing and attention to the needs are essential in the process so that the service provides a resolute response to the demands of the users. This paper aims to acknowledge the senses produced in the admission and reception of the Health Attention to the users of the SUS. Specifically proposes to understand the senses produced by the people that use the reception of the Basic Attention; Investigate how the subjects feel welcomed.
