Psychological practices, in situations of socio-environmental risks and disasters, have gained new contours for their intervention and understanding of these phenomena. The objective of this research is to understand the changes in psychological care with the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's) in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is based on the theoretical-methodological framework of Discursive Practices and Production of Meanings, guided by Social Constructionism. For the construction of the information, we identified documents in the public domain, produced by the Federal Council of Psychology, which regulate the use of ICT's and an online conversation circle with five psychology professionals who work with psychological care from different sectors of the state of Alagoas, and experienced the use of ICT's at the time of the pandemic in their practices. The analysis of public domain documents and the speeches of professionals in the online conversation wheel made it possible to understand that the use of ICTs in psychological practices were fundamental in the pandemic period. Although there were reservations and insecurities about the use of these devices, this same caution was possible to identify in the actions of the regulatory body of the profession. However, when using them, professionals were able to recognize their efficiency and practicality, as well as they were promptly regulated.
