SUMMARY:

This dissertation has multiprofessional visits as a theme field. Visits emerge as a practice in the health context, based on the logic of multiprofessional work and multiprofessionality, which is based on the principles of Permanent Education in Health. It aims to understand multiprofessional visits from the articulation of concepts linked to Bakhtin's dialog and specific literature, with the aim of generating shifts in discussions about health practices committed to the production of autonomous people who are co-responsible for their lives. For this, it starts from the understanding of science as a human practice, situated socially and historically, assuming Social Constructionism and Discursive Practices and Production of Meanings as a theoretical-methodological foundation. The Conversation Circles are the methodological tools, which are based on the dialogue inspired by the Bakhtinian tradition. They are spaces for the free circulation of words, sharing of experiences, negotiations and collective production of meanings. Three conversation circles were held, with residents of the Multiprofessional Residency in Health for Adults and Elderly Persons, at the Federal University of Alagoas. It was identified that the practices of multiprofessional visits are complex, dynamic, still under construction, permeated by different affects, sensations, contradictions, conceptions, mistakes, positions, disputes and power games. The conversations highlighted how the visits are influenced by the different forms of dialogue and relationships that the actors/actresses in the residency and hospital establish among themselves, with users and with the visit itself; the different routines and operating logics already established in the sectors in which the visits are carried out; and the training of professionals who participate or interact in some way with the visits. Other conversations stated how multiprofessional visits helped to create different bonds between users, their caregivers and residents, supplying not only physical but also emotional demands. It also helps in the bond between teams of residents, helping to build multidisciplinary work. The following effects are pointed out due to the daily performance of multiprofessional visits: recognition of the performance of the health team, strengthening of the SUS, greater openness to dialogue between those who participate in the visit, and influence on the way in which the residents themselves understand their processes of work and the performance in health itself.
