VIABILITY STUDY OF REMOTE WORK AT THE STATE PROSECUTORS OFFICE OF ALAGOAS

This is a dissertation project with the objective of analyzing the feasibility of implementing telework for legal analysts based in the Public Prosecutor's Office in Maceió. In order to achieve the general objective, the attributions and the organizational structure of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Alagoas will be described; the duties performed by legal analysts at the Maceió Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as the personal and family profile of these civil servants; the compatibility of the investigated attributions and profiles with the telework regime; and, finally, changes will be proposed in the organizational and normative structure of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Alagoas to make the duties of legal analysts compatible with the telework regime. For data collection, questionnaires will be applied to all 22 legal analysts who are based in the Public Prosecutor's Office of Maceió and their immediate bosses. From this total, at least 6 legal analysts representing the diversity of the category will be extracted, who will be interviewed, as well as their immediate bosses. Subsequently, the collected data will be analyzed to check the compatibility of the functions performed by the employees with the telework regime and the influence of variables such as gender, marital status, existence of children, family income, existence of a person with disabilities in the family, quality of the services. computer equipment available, in the perception of servers and their immediate bosses about telework.
