SUMMARY:

The study aims to analyze the principles of speed and procedural efficiency of the criminal proceedings of the 

defendants provisionally imprisoned in the public jail of the city of Bom Conselho - PE. 

For this, a qualitative-quantitative approach, of a descriptive-exploratory nature, 

will be used to analyze criminal proceedings and provisional prisoners in the public jail of Bom Conselho-PE,

 between the years 2015 to 2020. It is intended to highlight, on a current and futuristic basis, 

the effectiveness of videoconferences when positively employed in said procedural acts in order to achieve

 an improvement in the dynamics procedural generalist.
