REMOTE REGISTRATION AT THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF ALAGOAS: PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION DIAGNOSIS AS SUBSIDY FOR PREPARATION OF AN ELECTRONIC MANUAL.

The Public Administration, in order to better meet the needs of society, seeks effective actions
and solutions to offer quality services of interest to all citizens. The Federal Public
Universities, as they belong to the set of Public Administration bodies, follow the same logic
by increasing new practices and tools that contribute to the improvement of their institutional
results. With that, in November 2017, in order to guide good governance practices, the federal
government determined, through Decree No. The present research aims to develop an
electronic manual with instructions on the steps to carry out the Remote Enrollment to assist
students and employees of the Federal University of Alagoas, based on the principles,
guidelines and governance mechanisms established by decree nº 9.203/2017 . For this,
initially, preliminary interviews were carried out with civil servants involved in the execution
of the enrollment process to understand the issues related to the changes that occurred, in
addition to the analysis of documents such as enrollment notices, regulations and normative
instructions. From that point on, mapping and description of the process will be carried out to
enable the realization of the remote enrollment implementation diagnosis that will contribute
to the development of the electronic manual that will be able to assist students and civil
servants during the enrollment process, as well as strengthen a channel of communication that
reinforces the services offered and meets the demands of the entire academic community.
