The main objective of the research project is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Public Policies Children of Alagoas (CRIA) and Vem Que Dá Tempo (VQDT) on the results of the HDI dimensions of the State of Alagoas. The specific objectives are: to explore the IDH results of the State of Alagoas (2017-2022); to evaluate the public policies: VQDT and CRIA, implemented by the Government of Alagoas, to raise theoretical contributions about the Evaluation of Public Policies related to Indicators and to elaborate a diagnosis with notes about distortions and the possibility of improvements evidenced based on the analysis of the results of the Public Policies mentioned. The research will adopt a content analysis strategy, with a qualitative methodological approach, of an applied and exploratory nature, collecting secondary data, through bibliographical and documentary research. The instruments used to collect data will be: academic articles, dissertations, theses, books, for the bibliographic research, and also legislation, norms and reports from organizations and the State Government. The object of study of the research will be the Cria Program and the Vem que Dá Tempo Program. It is hoped that, with the research project, evidence will be found that will allow for the advancement or remodeling of public policies, establishing a correlation between the public investments allocated and the results presented, especially in the improvement of the performance of the human development indicator. These results may be used by the Government of Alagoas to subsidize ex-post diagnoses of public policies and to propitiate the use of the evidence presented by the academic community as a whole, especially in the theoretical foundation of the theme dealt with in this research.
