This work highlights the relevance of the Amazonian peoples and their historical and Contemporaries seeking to deal with capitalist development that brings challenges intrinsic to its survival in this region. In addition, we seek to understand how governments organize themselves to deal with such problems and what are the factors that determine their actions towards the people. Finally, it brings the case of the Yanomami people regarding illegal mining and mining on their lands as an example of the problems social problems that different people go through in the Amazon and how ACTO seeks to deal with these cases. Bringing Marxist notes to this structure of inequality and impoverishment of peripheral populations in the face of these developments.
